Kamielle Grant

I worked with Kamielle Grant to obtain original building permit drawings for for a property. A follow-up email I sent on April 27 was completely overlooked for 52 days. When she finally responded on June 18, she acknowledged having missed the email due to "high volume." After I submitted the required authorization letter and paid the $76.98 disclosure fee, two more weeks passed with no delivery. When I followed up, she indicated she had not received a payment notification and had already closed the file. She then sent the drawings; but it was the wrong set entirely. Polite in her communications, but with repeated oversights and errors.
